Refund Policy: A refund (minus processing fees) is available for all tickets until 60 days prior to the event. After September 21, 2026, there are no more refunds. By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to this purchase policy. Before purchasing your tickets, we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the event.

Must be 21 to enter; proof of age required.
Through your use of this ticket, you 1) agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless M. Shanken Communications, Inc., Participating Sponsors and its employees and shareholders from liability or claims arising from WhiskyFest, and 2) grant permission to M. Shanken Communications, Inc. and its designees to photograph, record, and otherwise capture and utilize holder’s image, voice and likeness, and allow such to be used in print and online and waive any rights of compensation or ownership.

M. Shanken Communications, Inc. and Participating Sponsors encourage responsible drinking. Do not drink and drive. Anyone appearing to be intoxicated will not be served and will be ejected from the event. Ejection cancels this ticket and with that, the holder forfeits any claim to a refund of the ticket price or any associated service or delivery fees.
